Pressure Washing

I offer pressure washing services for my residential clients to remove mildew, algae and dirt from surfaces on their homes, walks and driveways. I offer this service from the month of May through November- when the weather is warmer and the gutter cleaning season has slowed down substantially.

I use cleaning agents to remove the mildew on painted, vinyl and fiber-cement surfaces. These agents are applied at low pressure and removed using low-moderate pressure. The cleaning agents are applied in a strong enough solution as to get rid of mildew and algae while not being so strong that this causes damage to plants.

If you have ever had a non-professional do any pressure washing for you, you might be worried that it will strip paint off your house, damage wood or lift up vinyl siding. Done correctly, pressure washing will not harm wood surfaces, remove paint that is in good condition nor knock your vinyl siding loose. I adjust the pressure on the machine to meet the needs of each particular situation so as not to cause damage to your home or belongings.
