Athens 2007 drought made me a believer in rain barrels. Scott Patterson never does a job without giving it 110%, so I contacted him for help. He met with me, surveyed the topography of our house and plantings, and suggested a system that would keep our plants alive if another drought occurs. He calculated the gradient for each of the rain barrels, so that we can use a drip system without a pump, and installed each in as inconspicuous, but strategic spots as possible. Scott offers a needed and expert service. We're ready for summer, thanks to his good work.

Scott has done a lot of work for us through the years. When I learned he was installing rain barrels I knew it would be done correctly. Scott met with me. We established where the barrel would go and how it would work. He cane one day when I was not even home which I agreed would be fine. The rain barrel works like a charm, looks fine, is properly elevated and the gutter is positioned properly. I am delighted with the system and have used the water freely when I need it. The other good thing is that if any adjustment needs to be made all I have to do is email Scott and he will fix it. If you want a rain barrel get Scott to install it. I have used Best Home Services whenever I had any roofing questions or needed my gutters cleaned out. Then in late 2007 or early 2008, I learned about Scott Patterson's rain barrel sales and installation services. Once I contacted Scott and he came out to install the rain barrels, I had no worries. The rain barrels were installed and Scott explained how the system worked and all was set. Then when a freeze was predicted, Scott contacted me and suggested that I empty my barrels a few inches so that there was room for expansion in case of a hard freeze. If I have any questions about my barrels, I know I can call on Scott and he will stand behind the system. I am pleased that this spring I will have water for all my outdoor plants without having to worry about water restrictions and I also know that if I have a question, Scott will respond and/or come out and check my system if needed.
